077 - PENELOPE JAGUAR-PUSS FEAT. CLUSTERFOX

Join us once more for a frolic through the joint imagination of London's improvisers. This week the immensely funny Clusterfox join us in the studio to perform a blues about missing the things we once had, tell the untold tale of what happened during the Greek God's imprisonment inside their father Cronus' stomach before being freed by Zeus, then perform an unseen, pun-filled Bond movie with the most... buscuit-ey villain. Finally, of course, they re-enact a chapter from host Talal's father's life. The chapter where he happens to be a Syrian mafia boss.

Please enjoy this episode. It was truly a blast to make. xx

Here's another LIL for your gorgeous ear holes. Make yourself a cuppa, get in the bath and listen carefully for further instructions. We are joined this week, once again, by Classic Andy. They bring their dynamic energy, fast wit and INCREDIBLE Putin impressions down to K2K Studios for your listening pleasure. Alternative episode titles: Blob Face, Scrotox, Skin It Off and Albino Rhino. This week features an all new, insightful segment called "Daddy Issues" where we learn a bit about Talal's dad's upbringing in northern Syria. Thrilling stuff.

075 - PASTA FEAT. MUSIC BOX

Musical Improv troupe, Music Box, make their first appearance on London Improv Live and music is surely in the air this week as a party next door to the studio provides a backing track to the tuneful trials and tribulations of a bunch of penguins, a Japanese Wife Next Door, a group of miserly, melodic mechanics, a robotic Russian ruler and possibly the longest single sentence ever to appear in the description of a podcast. Pasta Makes it Go Faster!

064 - MARILYN MONFRO FEAT. SANDY AND DANNI

Huzzah! After last week's drunken Brexit nonsense, the hangover begins! Fresh from her Glastonbury festivities, Angela from The Sandy and Danni Improv Show steps in to the studio to sing a blues about adjusting back to real life. We barely get through it before we get interrupted by Raquel the sing-a-gram who ends up sticking around for some improv fun (after a crash course in "Yes" and "And"). Hosts Talal Karkouti and Luc Valvona then sit back and enjoy Sandy and Danni's dating show, as well as the adventures of a little boy who just wants to look like Wolverine.

054 - REFUGEE HAIRCUT FEAT. FREDDY CLAYTON, LUCY SHENTON, SAM NAEF & KIT OATES

The LIL Show Double Decker Experience is here! Today's thrilling & politically charged episode is split in two halves. First half: Freddy Clayton (Shoot From the Hip & Oxford Imps), Lucy Shenton (Oxford Imps) & Sam Naef join host Talal Karkouti for a blues about cereal and an imrovised recreation of the classic movie "They Live". Second half: Sam sticks around as Zac Goldsmith (played by photographer Kit Oates) persuades us why London made the wrong choice. We then plan our mayoral coup of Sadiq Khan, hear a first hand account from a refugee hairdresser and enjoy some Arabian Nights from Shahrazad (not Charizard).

Enjoy! xx

Grandmothers are impregnated, evangelicals take on aviation, sexy half-human, half-fish avatars keeps marriages exciting and we compare our Roundheads to our Cavaliers. Guests Gilead and Ollie show Talal and Luc how to properly pronounce "science", make friends on a train, age bitterly and choose between Hasidic Jews and Wall Street bankers for the betterment of mankind. Oh, we also prove that Israelis and Arabs have much more than a foreskin deficit in common. Join us, Fish People!

Get on! This week Hoopla Impro's ever-entertaining Steve Roe and Sophie Pumphrey are back bringing The LIL Show a shiny new friend; Edgar Fernando. You have arrived at your destination... This episode covers everything. From cat-cycles and courtroom dramas to gun control and the true identity of Banksy. We warm up with a game of "Questions Only", take gun toting americans to task with a methodically woven clown metaphor in "Newsish!", hear a song by co-host Luc Valvona which leads to some pretty folksy improv and rob banks in "Epic Saga". Also, our guests give us an exclusive live edition of their podcast "Destination". In it, things go south pretty quick emotionally and geographically.

032 - WILL IMPROV FOR FOOD

This week the LIL Show gets back to basics. No guests, no gimmicks, just pure LIL. Well, that was the plan. But of course, nothing goes to plan at The LIL Show. Both co-hosts Alex Sievewright and Luc Valvona are here to help Talal Karkouti deal with the onslaught of uninvited guests, free food and a myriad of tangents. All of which festoon this episode with excitement, hilarity and crudeness. What should you expect? Troubled elves, bloody clowns, fugitive clowns, a new Bond theme by Luc, a live Tesco delivery, improvised songs by Panicky Tack and much, much more. Oh, and a blues about eyes.

031 - DEAD ZONE FEAT. HENRI ROE & ED ROE

London Improv is Live & Raptastic! We had a lot of fun this week with the always excellent Henri and Ed Roe. Are they related? Married? Neither? What’s their connection with Steve Roe? We ask all the probing questions you’ve been dying to ask. And some you never would have dreamed of. "Epic Saga" sees Charles Pipette battle a criminal gang of tribal babies, “Movies! Movies! Movies!” gives Silence of the Lambs a new, peculiar twist & “Ask Me no Questions I’ll Tell You no Rhymes” returns for our whitest but most skilled rap battle yet. Also, Ed tells us what it’s like to live in sunny L.A. and let’s us listen in on one of his conference calls, we find out how useful a personal unicorn can be and we sing a blues about airports.

030 - SHINY, ROUND & SHAVED FEAT. SCOTT CAPURRO & ED KEAR

A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away... Actually it was last week in Kilburn. Scott Capurro and Ed Kear join Alex and Talal on The LIL Show. We chat to Scott about how he made it ok to be gay in San Fransisco (not entirely true), when he learned Huttese for "Star Wars: The Phantom Menace" (he didn't) and what it was like to improvise with Robin Williams on the set of "Mrs. Doubtfire" (that one's true!). Ed Kear reveals his methods of the craft as he describes the development of his character for a gripping scene with Jason Statham in the movie "Spy". He also shares with us a deleted scene from the movie as well as his new YouTube series "Blowing the Budget". We also sing a blues about ISIS and shaved testicles, Scott gets imperial on Simon Trilby's ass in "Epic Saga", "Movies! Movies! Movies!" goes to the Moon and far too much is exposed about Talal's personal life.

Get in the loop! Giggle Loop are back baby! But alas, Ed won't be joining Natasha Parrott and Ellie Grice this time. They are joined instead by Ross Walker, a true, Scottish, brute of a man! What fun we have this week! We sing a blues about how annoying children can be, we join the security staff at Sharm al Sheikh Airport as they have an emergency meeting, we help farmers find their stolen sheep and, of course, we expose how Joan of Arc really saved France. What's more, you have the opportunity to witness the friendliest rap battle Kilburn has ever hosted.

Pretty soon, the haunting begins! Vincent Spice and his cohorts of classic monsters join Talal for the spookiest, strangest LIL Show in centuries! Luckily the ghouls are well trained in improv and even have their own troup, "Falling To Pieces". However, they struggle to keep the humour on a human level and chaos ensues... Featuring classic LIL segments including a blues, Movies! Movies! Movies! and more. But with a beastly twist! Enjoy!

027 - HOARDERS FEAT. LEFT FOOT FIRST

LIL to the future! Looming in the background of the recording of this episode is Back to the Future day which kind of influences our improv. Just a little. Join us as we explore the follies of time travel! Discover what happens when you meet your friends in the future and yourself in the past! Wonder as you witness orphans transformed in to household pets! Swoon as we sing a blues about advertising! Cringe when you hear the complications of counselling hoarders! Also! Fugitive hunter Charles Pipette (played by Luc Valvona) returns! Is this just a mild-mannered, everyday English pub? Or the home of escaped, murderous convicts!? Will this all end with an epic monkey battle?! Yes! Yes it will! Find out how on this week's LIL Show.
