What a perfect film to remind you of the mayhem of Christmas past, as we sit alone in our pandemic world, feeling every emotion and waiting for something good to come. Max and the Wild Things are 2020, and Andrew and Johnny and friends Jim Broadbent and Paul Giamatti ease the Christmas fear for another season.

Hope you’re ready to lose Whamageddon, because we’re watching the Paul Feig movie based on a George Michael (and Wham) song with a twist you definitely will see coming. Andrew and Johnny sit down to appreciate Christmas in London, a film that’s better than one would imagine, and play trivia games for the festive season.

We’re Judging December, and what better way to begin than with the misadventures of two 90s slacker Gen-X proxies and their semi-star-studded feature adventure? Johnny isn’t big on what little of the characters he has seen, but Andrew is insistent that Siskel and Ebert’s Two Thumbs Up written on the DVD cover carries more importance than his friend’s opinion.
