170 - HOLLYWOOD SWINGING

Every now and then, it's good to just take a step back and have a nice and relaxed episode of CheapShow... and this is the closest we are going to get. This week on CheapShow Paul & Eli decide to have a nice and chill episode. That means the usual collection of rants, mad ideas and disgusting tangents. The cheap chaps tackle a few tales from the dance and shop floor, Paul refuses to stop singing his own made up disco track and we get a Gannon's Golden Games double feature... Which is a bit underwhelming!

165 - BAD JACKFRUIT

It's a blast from the past on CheapShow this week. After the cancellation of a planned guest, Paul had to reach out to a face that, although familiar to Eli and Paul, will be unknown to YOU! But who is this person? Why is he here and why has it taken 5 years to get that person on the show? Once the mystery is solved, it's another case of the usual CheapShow shenanigans, with a sweet Cheap Eats, a rather scat heavy Tales from the Shop Floor and a shouty take on Family Fortunes. Join us in the Tudor Crypt! (Soho Radio)

164 - HOW TO BE A COMPLETE INCH LORD

If there is one thing that Paul and Eli know how to be, it's how to be a bastard! Over the past 160-odd shows, the cheap chaps have been shouting, screaming, arguing and causing trouble for each other without any assistance or guidance. However, this week, they explore the world of "Bitches" and "Bastards" by looking at two books and two board games based on the "How To Be A Complete Bastard" brand. Elsewhere this week, there is a "chunderingly" good edition of Tales of the Shop Floor and we can finally announce the debut of a brand new character, "Inch Man". We're very sorry!

156 - MAXIMUM THWOPAGE

Stop us if you have heard this one before... Eli is unwell and in a mood and he... OH you HAVE heard this before? Well how do you think Paul feels? Paul is also not happy with Eli's constant use of the word "Thwopage" so Eli needs to up his game. That does not happen this week. Instead, you are treated to a new Tales from the Shop Floor, an amusingly underwhelming Cheap Eats and a return to Paul's Page Turners, featuring two charity shop books, one definitely more interesting than the other! Same Tat, different day!

106 - BET YOUR SPUNK

Paul & Eli accidentally invent a new, terrible game show idea in episode 106. Hopefully, the rules are too awful to make it a recurring feature. Consider this another warning! Elsewhere in this edition of the world's most brilliant economy comedy podcast, the cheapshow boys learn about the Tooth Gremlin, delves into some Sex Shop flavoured "Tales from the Shop Floor" and try to telepathically communicate during a very special "Price of Shite".

Hold on tight, this is an odd one... and Paul "may" be hung over.

VOTE NOW at first ever (and only, who knows) CheapSkates People's Choice Awards and have YOUR say for the best (and worst) of the podcast!

097 - RETURN TO STORY TIME HELL

It's time to take a chance, roll those dice and see what madness is unleashed as Paul & Eli return to the Story Cubes. Don't say you've not been warned! Over the course of this week's episode, Eli chats to God about his soul, a sheep gets a call from it's bank, a young boy finds his "crying tree" and the world is introduced to Mr Cunnyhole... You wish it hadn't! Other than that volatile stupidity, you can expect some more juicy Tales from the Shop Floor, a disco flavoured Silverman's Platter and yes... those ruddy story cubes!

096 - A NEW LOW

What happens when Paul relinquishes responsibility of CheapShow and demands Eli dictate the order of events? Well, it's possibly be a new low for the podcast... But we say that a lot. In a baggier, more loose and frankly deeply troubling episode of CheapShow, we promise one collection of features and then give you something completely different all together.

Paul and Eli talk cheap medicine, dive through some more Tales from the Shop Floor and cram in a Price of Shite with that "Bought, Found, Given" twist! Everything is wrapped up in a game of The Great Debate... eventually. Warning: Spare a thought for Poindexter and avoid the wails of Madam Rabbitplops and Squelchy Jim!

095 - DRAGON'S DEN

Following the terrifying events of episode 94, normality almost returns to CheapShow. We deliver a new Tales from the Shop AND Dance floor, Mi Casa/Su Casa pops up just in time to help calm the frazzled nerves and there is even time to finish off those delicious American Cheap Eats...

However, when the CheapShow Chaps decide to play a board game based on the BBC TV show "Dragon's Den" a dark cloud once again emerges from the depths... However, this time it comes with a peace offering... But can it be trusted? Find out in this 'ere episode! (Podcast may feature additional Ron Jeremy - check label for details)

089 - THE STRANGE, LONELY WORLD OF THE MISER

Apparently, Eli thinks there is not enough love for celery! That's where episode 89 begins and only gets more bizarre!

We returns to the world of dead animals in Tales from the Shop Floor and the return of CSI: CheapShow Charity Shop Crime Scene: Dead Pet Edition... which will definitely be a spin off one day. Sadly.

There are more cheap eats to "enjoy" that takes us from lemon biscuits to cock-like chilli gummies via clumpy pork cracklings.

Finally, it's a trip through history as we hear about some of the past's worst misers and imagine making a very expensive phone call. It's all the fun of the fair in what ONE iTunes 1 Star review says "is just swearing!" Is it? Well, yes...

085 - FUN CITY

Do you wanna have a bit of fun? Shall we have a bit of fun? OK. Let's do it!

In episode 85 Paul & Eli bend over backwards to have a super duper fun time and YOU can join us. How much fun is there? Lots.

We have super fun pretending to be hard bitten detectives when a Tales from the Shop Floor inspires the cheap chaps to go overboard on the over acting. There is a even a wicked fun Price of Shite that manages to cram in TWO completely different versions of the game. That's fun, isn't it? Yes. Yes it is.

But the fun doesn't stop there. Hell no! We end the show by taking a trip to "Fun City" a retro board game that demands Eli and Paul have as much fun as humanly possible... but don't forget to help the old lady cross the road!! What does that mean? Well why don't you listen to this FUN episode of CheapShow and find out? Fun. Fun! FUN!!!

084 - MUNCHY MUNCH YUM YUM TIME

Food, Glorious Food! It's time to stuff more cheap eats inside our gob holes and deal with the consequences later. We continue our odyssey of oral nourishment by finishing off our American snack hamper, and Eli becomes positively fizzy with delight at some of the treats on offer... Maybe TOO fizzy.

Elsewhere, Paul throws all continuity out of the window when he attempts to bring life to yet another inanimate object. It does not go well for Mr Teddy Glassman.

Somehow, a Tales from the Shop Floor manages to make Eli gag and, in much bigger news, the very existence of The League of Snacks hangs in the balance when Paul and Eli come into (more) conflict over the grading of Scampi Fries! Is this the end of the segment or even the podcast itself? Find out, why don't you?

081 - COCKABONKERS!

Aren't radio DJs amazing? Aren't they brilliant? With their wacky banter, comfy demeanor and desperate need to be loved... Paul & Eli cover 2 very different, but very infamous examples when they pick up a copy of the "Top of the Pops 1975 Annual" at a local charity shop and delve within its pages!

Episode 81 also contains a marvellous Tales from the Shop Floor that, for once, doesn't contain human bum waste. There is even time for a Silverman's Platter... hosted by Paul!! But if he is charge of the music, how can bad can it possibly be? Put it one way, Eli is in a very naughty mood!

078 - MOUTH GRUMBLES

Who is Jimmy Biscuits? Well, whoever he is, Eli is NOT impressed by his appearance. Paul may be TOO impressed. It's a big, fat chunky episode of the world's only (probably) economy comedy podcast.

We have a show packed with Tales from the Shop Floor, Eli's Top Three, Cheap Eats and we even cram in a board game too. If you wanted to know what the best kind of cheap Bombay Mix is, what Iced Tea to wash it down with and what happens when an out of date candy is bitten in to... Well, you have come to the right place.

The Cheap Chaps also get the journalism bug when they play a 1950's board game called "Scoop" which is packed with drama, laughs and the shock of discovering old fashioned racist advertising campaigns! It was a different time. Apparently!

077 - HOT MESS

Episode 77 is a literal "hot mess"! Not only in terms of what the CheapShow chaps get up to, but also what fair-weather co-host Ash Frith forces down their throats!

Eli seems to think Paul's heart's not in it, whereas Paul feels Eli is being too critical. Ash just has to sit there and watch Mummy & Daddy fight.  It's a packed show, with a tonne of great cheapshow goodness.

There is a rather revealing Tales from the Shop Floor, a fizzy and energetic Cheap Eats and we even get to hear about The King of Hay-On-Wye in another edition of CheapShow Storytime.

Finally, Ash forces everyone into the Kitchen of Pickles to reveal his favourite "Vegan Meal" which everyone will regret eating in the morning! With thanks to walterjohnhunt on Reddit for "Eli & The Snoid Boys" and their hit song "Suck Mah Dick"!

072 - SPUNKY BUN

"Can I have a vowel please Carol?" And with those immortal words, CheapShow dives into another TV show board game classic as the cheap chaps play a round or two of Countdown! One that doesn't go according to someone's very particular plans!

Before all that though, there are many things to enjoy first! Marvel as Paul & Eli discuss the bliss of owning a Generation Game toy! Fear their chat on being a superhero with an erection problem. Howl at the moments where Paul gets to slap his co-host. Buckle up and get ready for more shocking Tales from the Shop Floor...

And finally, bow your heads in respect at the altar of The League of Snacks as we add three more snacks to this most sacred of leagues!

068 - THE LEAGUE OF SNACKS

The episode that nearly wasn't! But we rescued it! It's been a long time coming, but finally, Paul & Eli begin to put together their long awaited "League of Snacks" has begun to curate it's collection of snacks and crisps for review. It will be the most important thing of all time ever! Where will your favourite snack end up ranked? But before all that, it's the usual CheapShow madness... We have more weird and wonderful Tales from the Shopfloor, Paul challenges Eli to a devious round of The Price of Shite, we cram in an Off Brand/Brand Off and instantly regret buying so much mayonnaise. Finally, Paul opens up the doors to his Froth Shop and treats Eli to a whole host of cheap and cheerful candies... as long as Eli promises to stop creating any more stupid, awful new characters!

065 - MURDER OR ICE CREAM?

What's popular in podcasts these days? Murder, right? So Paul & Eli decide to jump on that "True Crime" bandwagon and find a story about a cheap serial killer. It does not go well and Eli is not impressed. In fact, Eli is not impressed much in this episode. He is let down by Tales from the Shop Floor. He is upset about the Cheap Eats selection and he is especially not happy about Paul... Who won't stop eating a sandwich. In fact, on reflection, this may be less a CheapShow episode and more of therapy session between two angry, tired men who have decided to record a podcast much later in the evening than they should ever attempt again. This podcast is a public record of this event.

061 - DON'T TOUCH ME

Paul Gannon would like to use this podcast description to apologise for the ongoing antagonism and inappropriate contact between himself and his co-host Eli Silverman. Paul will be taking time to reflect on his actions and behaviour and he sincerely hopes this doesn't affect your enjoyment of Episode 61 of CheapShow. This episode features our very first "Tales from The Shop Floor" with some weird and wonderful Charity Shop stories, as suggested by listeners! It also contains a very generous "Me Casa, Su Casa"which brings a smile to someone's lips (appropriately) and a groan to someone else's (also appropriately). Silverman dishes out more random musical platters and the chaps end on another trip to Double Dare Land with random pop questions that, frankly, Paul doesn't have a chance in answering. He is going to be eating some foul jelly beans! Paul hopes you can, in time, forgive him for his behaviour and a joke so distasteful, we had to edit it out....
